The food was not good. Took a very long time to get, cold and had to request several time’s before we got what we asked for.

Hotel in direct vicinity of conference location (HESI GTTC) and in the heart of DC was a great experience.

Very worn down interior, outdated furnishings, old flat pillows, unpleasant musky smell and stuffy room. Very dark. Light by the closet/entry area did not work. Empty mini bar. Coffee and water were not replenished after housekeeping came in. The worst hotel I have stayed in.

The shower drainage was clogged. One of the chairs in the room has stains on the seat. The cooler in the room die not work and it was cracked/ broken piece at the top right corner. I reported my concerns to the front desk. I was told by the front desk they would inform "Housekeeping". Concerns were not resolved before I signed out.
